Automated E-mails: Scheduling Software
A popular feature in the scheduling software is the ability to send out e-mails for a variety of events and occurrences. Both the customer and the organization will receive these e-mails that are generated automatically by the scheduling software. Some events that would generate an email are when a customer registers, makes an appointment, purchases a gift certificate, cancels an online appointment, changing an appointment for a customer, a certain number of days prior to an appointment, or when a customer is on a waiting list. In addition, custom texts can be created for these e-mails in order to control when and if the system sends them.
Flexible Reporting Available: Scheduling Software
We have available in our scheduling software a number of helpful reports. These reports can be generated for specific customers, staff members, and service and also run per a specific date range. Another benefit is being able to export these reports into another software entity or simply run them as a standard report. Some examples of reports available through our appointment scheduling software would be session reports, statistics, sales reports or client loyalty reports. You also have the ability to customize your report by selecting filter criteria to run the reports. In addition, you may select from a number of fields that you would like to view on the reports.
